Damaged or Missing Order - Replacement or Refund Wanted
If a replacement or refund is requested due to a damaged or missing order please reach out to Contact@WoodScapeMaps.com with your order number and summary of your request. Upon customer request WoodScape Maps will either ship a replacement order, or issue a refund to customer’s original payment method.General Returns
If a general return for a refund is requested please reach out to Contact@WoodScapeMaps.com with your order number and summary of your request. WoodScape Maps will upon customer request, send you information and shipping details on how to return your order. Your refund will be processed within 2-4 days of receiving the return.
